HATO MAYOR, República Dominicana.- La ejecución de 42 obras medianas y pequeñas que fueron adjudicadas por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Comunicaciones mediante el primer sorteo que se celebró este miércoles en el municipio de Hato Mayor movilizará 177 millones de pesos que dinamizarán la economía y mejorarán las condiciones y la calidad de vida de los hatomayorenses, seibanos y romanenses.
El acto celebrado en El Vikingo del municipio de Hato Mayor lo encabezó el ministro Deligne Ascención, quien destacó que el sorteo fue «marcado por la transparencia».
Se inscribieron más de mil participantes y finalmente concursaron 569, quienes fueron beneficiados por el primer sorteo de obras que realiza la institución en la presente gestión gubernamental.
Las 42 obras favorecieron a igual número de ingenieros y arquitectos de diferentes localidades que participaron del evento, que se realizó a través de la Comisión de Compras y Contrataciones, que dirige Carina Cedano.
Deligne Ascención dijo que las obras a construir abarcarán distintas comunidades de las provincias Hato Mayor, El Seibo y La Romana y que estas se fundamentarán en reconstrucción de obras viales y de edificación medianas y pequeñas, pero de un impacto significativo para las comunidades en que se van a desarrollar.
Significó que con acciones como estas, el gobierno que preside Luis Abinader y la gestión que él encabeza en el MOPC, se trabaja con transparencia y pulcritud para beneficiar a los sectores más vulnerables de la República Dominicana.
Dijo que con estos sorteos se procura dinamizar la economía de los pueblos, a la vez que se dignifica la vida de los habitantes de las distintas comunidades y brinda oportunidades de trabajo y desarrollo a cientos de profesionales de la ingeniería y la arquitectura.
Los participantes registrados fueron 1,106 y presentaron documentos 654 habilitados, 569 no habilitados y 84 no presentaron documentos.
Los ganadores del primer lote fueron HAT-0036
Entre los ganadores que llenaron de euforia el salón de la cancha del polideportivo de Hato Mayor se encuentra la ingeniera Ingrid Estefanny de Peña, Luis Temístocles Ogando Carrasco, el grupo DMX SRL, entre otros beneficiados entre los nueve lotes de obras que fueron sorteados.
Estos ganadores trabajarán la construcción de la carpeta asfáltica de las calles de los barrios la chiva, el Millón, los Multis, los Polanco, San José, Los Solares.
El segundo lote lo ganaron Jorge Alejandro, Fulgencio Vásquez, Elpidio Quezada Rodríguez, Cofesa Ingenieros, Arquitectos Consultores, quienes trabajarán en el movimiento de tierra de las calles de los barrios La Chiva, El Millón, Los Multis, Los Polanco, San José, Los Solares y Ortega.
En el acto habló la gobernadora provincial, quien destacó que Hato Mayor y las demás provincias que se benefician en este sorteo se sienten satisfechos con este tipo de evento, porque demuestra que la presente gestión de gobierno sí se preocupa por la gente de las provincias, acercando ministerios como el de Obras Públicas a la necesidad de los pueblos para dignificar la vida de dominicanos.
Las obras sorteadas son: construcción de carpeta asfáltica y movimiento de tierra de las calles de los barrios La Chiva, El Millón, Los Multis, Los Polanco, San José, Los Solares, Villa Ortega, Plata Bella, Punta Garza, Puerto Rico, Urbanización Paraíso, Genao, Galindo, Los Cocos, La Caleta, Gualey, y otros.
También, reparación y construcción de canchas deportivas en Villa Guerrero y el distrito municipal Pedro Sánchez, entre otras.
Los sorteos, cuyos bolos fueron extraídos por un NO VIDENTE del lugar, fueron presenciados por gran parte de los participantes y fueron transmitidos por distintas redes sociales, por el canal 4RD, canal 17 y varias emisoras.
Fueron organizados por la Comisión de Compras y contrataciones del ministerio de Obras Públicas, encabezada por la doctora Carina Cedano, notariado por abogados notarios de esta provincia.
