Pleno JCE se reúne con Dirección General de Pasaportes para tratar eliminación de legalización de actas

SANTO DOMINGO, República Dominicana. – El Pleno de la Junta Central Electoral (JCE) informó que sostuvo este lunes una reunión con el Director General de Pasaportes (DGP), Néstor Julio Cruz Pichardo, y una comisión de dicha entidad, a los fines de tratar la eliminación de las legalizaciones de actas, renovación de acuerdos interinstitucionales y la eficientización de los servicios que ambas instituciones ofrecen a la ciudadanía.

En ese sentido, los miembros titulares Magistrados Dolores Fernández Sánchez, Patricia Lorenzo Paniagua y Samir Chami Isa presentaron durante la reunión varios proyectos al representante de la DGP.

Entre ellos, uno para la eliminación de la legalización de actas del estado civil, con la finalidad de socializar las diferentes perspectivas; y otro proyecto relacionado con un nuevo acuerdo de colaboración para renovar los compromisos suscritos en el 2014.

Se abordó el tema de la elaboración de un plan de actividades que incluiría aspectos técnicos de logística y de formación, tanto para el personal de la DGP como para el personal de la JCE y sus oficialías, mediante la Escuela de Formación Electoral y del Estado Civil (EFEC). También resaltaron la importancia de brindar servicios de calidad con enfoque en la humanización de estos, por lo que se consensuó llevar a cabo protocolos unificados con el fin de cumplir con ese objetivo.
