Ante la prórroga temporal del Gobierno dominicano para normalizar a los decenas de miles de venezolanos que viven en el país de manera irregular, estos son los requisitos para hacer el proceso.
La prórroga de estadía, válida por 60 días, está dirigida a los venezolanos que ingresaron a la República dominicana de manera regular a partir de enero de 2014 hasta marzo de 2020, así como sus hijos menores de edad nacidos o no en el país.
Los requisitos son los siguientes:
Los requerimientos son formulario de solicitud completado, hoja de datos personales del pasaportes, sello en el pasaporte de la última salida del país de origen (si aplica), sello en el pasaporte de la última entrada al país y el visado expedido por las autoridades dominicanas (si aplica).
Además, certificación de no antecedentes penales, emitida por la Procuraduría General de la República (PGR) vigente, dos fotografías recientes de un mismo set: una de frente y una de perfil derecho, tamaño 2×2, fondo blanco.
Cualquier otro documento que la Dirección General de Migración (DGM) considere necesario. Los documentos escaneados deben de estar en formato JPG para la solicitud vía web. Además, hay que entregar el documento digital con la aprobación de prórroga.
Para permisos para fines de estudios, hay que presentar la prórroga de estadía autorizada, visa de estudiante emitida por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores dominicano (Mirex) vigente, hoja de datos personales del pasaporte, acta de nacimiento (si aplica) y si es menor de edad es indispensable.
También una certificación de no antecedentes penales emitido por la Procuraduría General de la República, vigente para mayores de 18 años. Dos fotografías recientes de un mismo set: una de frente y una de perfil derecho, tamaño 2×2 con el fondo blanco.
Una constancia de admisión o inscripción del centro de estudio para el período correspondiente, exámenes médicos, en una de las instituciones autorizadas por la DGM, si es menor de edad y uno de los padres o tutor es el garante debe anexar un poder legal, legalizado, del otro padre (autorizando la normalización del menor) y cualquier otro documento que la DGM lo considere necesario.
