Al arribar casi a la segunda quincena de diciembre, el Ministerio de Educación (Minerd) reveló que comenzó a distribuir los cuadernillos educativos correspondientes a este mes en dos regionales del Gran Santo Domingo.
No se detalló en cuáles regionales estaban siendo distribuidos.
Sin embargo, se confirmó que en el Distrito Educativo No. 10-04, correspondiente a la Regional No. 10, realizaron este trabajo el pasado sábado.
Según lo divulgado previamente por el Minerd la distribución de dichos materiales, para complementar la educación a distancia, debió realizarse con anterioridad debido a que se elaboraron cuadernillos por cada mes durante todo el año escolar 2020-2021.
La semana pasada el Minerd informó, a través del Canal de Padres, que trabajaba con repasos y el reforzamiento de lo aprendido en el cuadernillo No.1, del mes de noviembre.
Así lo informaron Carina Geraldino y July Quiterio, técnicas distritales que tienen a su cargo la conducción de los programas educativos para los padres, madres y tutores que acompañan a los estudiantes en el aprendizaje.
Geraldino explicó que estarían trabajando con la recuperación y reforzamiento de algunas actividades, “muy puntuales”, que de acuerdo con lo informado por los progenitores, por WhatsApp del Minerd “aún no han podido completarlas o comprenderlas”.
Mientras que la técnica distrital, July Quiterio, expresó: “Tranquilos, tendremos actividades de reforzamiento para ellos (los estudiantes). En un salón de clases se da esa situación y el maestro tiene algunas actividades complementarias”.
Por otro lado, Geraldino aclaró que los cuadernillos son personales por lo que no tienen que entregarlos y que en caso de que los maestros se los pidan deben devolvérselos a los estudiantes luego de revisarlos.
Debido a que los cuadernillos de diciembre no habían sido distribuidos la situación generó confusiones entre estudiantes, padres y docentes.
Una directora de una escuela en Santo Domingo Oeste dijo: “Imagínate hay que repasar hasta que lleguen los cuadernillos de diciembre. Los estamos esperando (los cuadernillos) en la escuela y en los distritos también están esperando que lleguen”.
A pesar de que la semana pasada en el Canal de Padres se informó que recibieron instrucciones de informar a la comunidad educativa que se concentrarían en los repasos, durante esas transmisiones comenzaron a trabajar sobre el tema correspondiente al mes de diciembre al dialogar sobre la “Navidad sin igual”.
Según las explicaciones ofrecidas por el docente Luis Ramírez, la denominación es porque serán navidades muy diferentes para todos por la incidencia del COVID-19.
Recordó que es importante la distancia social y todas las medidas de prevención recomendadas.
