El decreto 554-20 emitido el pasado 16 de octubre por el Poder Ejecutivo establece que el toque de queda durante los días sábados, domingos y feriados iniciará a las 7:00 pm y concluye a la cinco de la mañana del día siguiente.
Por tal razón, este lunes 9 de noviembre, feriado por la celebración del Día de la Constitución, el toque de queda arranca a las 7 de la noche.
La decisión está contenida en el artículo 1 del referido decreto en el que indica que de lunes a viernes el toque de queda inicia a las 9:00 de la noche y concluye a las 5:00 de la mañana del día siguiente. En el caso de los “sábados, domingos y feriados” el toque de queda se ejecutará a partir de las 7:00 de la noche a las 5:00 am del día siguiente.
El Ministerio de Trabajo reiteró a toda la colectividad empresarial y trabajadora del país que el dia de hoy viernes 06 de noviembre “Día de la Constitución”, se trabajará y se cambia el feriado para el lunes 09 del mismo mes.
La clase trabajadora debe reintegrarse a sus labores cotidianas el martes 10 de noviembre, según lo establece la Ley 139-97, atendiendo a la aplicación de los días feriados.
La celebración de esta fecha de conformidad con lo establecido por la legislación dominicana, deberá ser aplicada en todas las instituciones públicas y privadas del país.
