El empresario reiteró el compromiso de continuar con la inversión agresiva requerida para el despliegue de nuevas tecnologías que fortalezcan el sector.
Además, resaltó el importante rol que juegan las telecomunicaciones, especialmente en este momento de pandemia, en donde se han convertido en el sistema nervioso que nos ha permitido seguir funcionando.
La Compañía Dominicana de Teléfonos, hoy Claro Dominicana, celebró 90 años de operaciones en una actividad que contó con la presencia del presidente y la vicepresidenta de la República, Luis Abinader Corona y Raquel Peña, respectivamente; Carlos Slim Domit, presidente del Consejo de Administración de América Móvil y del Grupo Carso y Daniel Hajj, CEO de América Móvil, así como representantes de los principales grupos empresariales del país.
