CONACERD propone a la DGII alianza público-privada

SANTO DOMINGO.- El Comité Ejecutivo del Consejo Nacional de Comerciantes y Empresarios de la República Dominicana (CONACERD), propuso a la Dirección General de Impuesto de Internos (DGII), una alianza público-privada sin findes de lucro con el objetivo de que el sector de la Mipymes se formalice.

La alianza busca que a través del programa de Formación de Lideres Comerciales y Empresariales (FOLICE), la DGII pueda llevar a las Mipymes los servicios del Centro de Asistencia al Contribuyente.

En una nota de prensa, el Comité comunicó que se realizó una reunión con el director general de la DGII, Luis Valdez Veras, donde se presentó la propuesta según el artículo 4 numeral 7 de la Ley 47-20, sobre alianza público-privada.

De acuerdo con el presidente de CONACERD, Antonio Cruz Rojas, se busca que “ambas entidades caminen juntas para que las Mipymes reciban facilidades y apoyo de la DGII, para que se formalicen en una alianza ganar y ganar, lo que será algo sin precedente en la historia de la DGII y los contribuyentes”.

Entre los temas que considera CONACERD que deberían regir la alianza está desarrollar programas virtuales, a través de la plataforma del programa de formación de Ladres Comerciales y Empresariales, (FOLICE), para llegar directamente a la Mipymes con las ofertas del Centro de Asistencia al Contribuyente de la DGII.

Asimismo, promover a través de una campaña publicitaria las ventajas de formalizarse como contribuyente de la DGII. Organizar entre ambas entidades un programa de tributación apoyado en la ley 187-17, que clasifica las Mipymes, usando un lenguaje llano, accesible y entendible por ellos.

Para esto se clasificaría cuatro categorías de colmados: A) que paguen 2,000 mil pesos al mes, B) que paguen 1,500 pesos al mes, C) que paguen 1,000 pesos al mes y D) que paguen 500 pesos al mes, sin desvirtuar la clasificación de números de empleados y monto de ventas anual, como lo especifica la ley de referencia.

CONACERD propone además a la DGII, que le acompañe para que sean incluidas en el programa de Seguridad Social 90 mil Mipymes de servicios esenciales, como lo ha dispuesto el presidente Luis Abinader.
