Dictan impedimento de salida y garantía económica de RD$ 10 millones contra ejecutivos de Coopegas

SANTIAGO DE LOS CABALLEROS, República Dominicana.- El juez de la Oficina de Atención Permanente del Palacio de Justicia de Santiago, Cirilo Salomón, impuso presentación periódica como medida de coerción contra cuatro ejecutivos de la Cooperativa de Producción y Servicios Múltiples La Económica (Coopegas) por el incendio registrado el pasado 3 de octubre y que cobró la vida de 11 personas en Licey al Medio, Santiago.

A los representantes de la envasadora de gas, Aurilio Concepción, presidente; Héctor Ramón Vásquez Sandoval, gerente general; Roberto Antonio Polanco, encargado de operaciones y Emilio Yan, encargado, se les impuso, además, impedimento de salida y el pago de RD$ 10 millones a través de una empresa aseguradora.

El fiscal de Santiago, José Francisco Núñez Ledesma, indicó que el caso fue declarado complejo. Agregó que el Ministerio Público había pedido declarar el caso complejo, así como prisión mínima de ocho meses como coerción.

De este caso hay dos menores hospitalizados en la Unidad de Quemados del Hospital Doctor Arturo Grullón, en Santiago de los Caballeros.
