SANTO DOMINGO, República Dominicana.- El ministro de Educación, Roberto Fulcar, recorrió esta semana 15 de las 18 Regionales de Educación, supervisando y dando seguimiento directo a la marcha del año escolar 2020-2021, que lo que se neutralizan los problemas.
“Llegamos al Gobierno heredando un país lleno de profundas brechas: sociales, educativas, de conectividad, tecnológicas, pero también brechas en el servicio de energía eléctrica, y es por eso que el plan ha tomado en cuenta diferentes medios educativos, cuatro básicamente: medios impresos, la radio, la internet y la televisión, lo cual garantiza llegar a todas las familias y a todos los estudiantes, explicó.
Estos recorridos forman parte de un programa de supervisión de las diferentes direcciones regionales, de distritos y centros educativos para supervisar y dar seguimiento, junto a las autoridades locales, a la implementación de la estrategia Aprendemos en Casa, del plan Educación para Todos Preservando la Salud.
En su recorrido, el ministro Fulcar recibió informes de las direcciones regionales y distritales, orientó estrategias y tareas, mientras compartió con las comunidades educativas sobre los pilares del nuevo modelo educativo que impulsa desde el MINERD.
Dijo que “el plan avanza según lo previsto; se van cumpliendo cada uno de sus componentes y se va mejorando en la práctica, cotidianamente”.
Ante las autoridades de Educación de la provincia Santiago dijo que «la incredulidad en determinados sectores fue la primera piedra de tropiezo», pero que van cambiando las opiniones contrarias.
“Pudiera parecer increíble, pero la mayor debilidad era que el país entendía, que inicialmente esto era imposible. Había mucha incredulidad en que realmente pudiéramos poner en marcha un modelo educativo como el que tenemos ahora», basado en clases a distancia, subrayó.
Pero «todavía hay quienes se resisten a creer que podamos tener un aporte propio como país, un capital social de marca nacional como es este modelo educativo que articula tantos medios, una diversidad de recursos técnicos, una diversidad de capital humano que nos permite pensar en el éxito futuro”, sostuvo.
Los recorridos se iniciaron el pasado martes con visitas a las Regionales 04, 15 y 10 de las provincias San Cristóbal, Santo Domingo y el Distrito Nacional. El miércoles estuvo con las autoridades de las regionales 02 en San Juan, 18 en Bahoruco, 1 de Barahona y 3 de Azua.
El jueves estuvo en la región nordeste. En Nagua se reunió con las autoridades educativas de las provincias María Trinidad Sánchez y Samaná, en San Francisco lo hizo con las de las provincias Duarte y Hermanas Mirabal; en la Vega con las de esa provincia y Espaillat, para concluir en Cotuí con las autoridades de ese distrito y Sánchez Ramírez.
Este viernes le correspondió a las Regionales 13 de Monte Cristi, 09 de Mao, Valverde. También la Regional 11 de Puerto Plata y 08 correspondiente a Santiago.
“Pero cada día más cuando la gente comienza a ver, cuando ve a sus hijos, cuando ve a sus sobrinos, cuando ve a los nietos y cuando la propia gente adulta se sienta a recibir las clases entonces eso comienza a cambiar” dijo ante autoridades de Santiago.
En cada encuentro el ministro Fulcar estuvo acompañado del viceministro de Participación y Descentralización, Julio César De los Santos, de los directores y Asesores Técnicos Regionales y Distritales, directores de Centros Educativos, autoridades gubernamentales y municipales.
