Armando García, miembro del Comité Central y de la Comisión Organizadora del IX Congreso Ordinario José Joaquín Bidó Medina del Partido de la Liberación Dominicana (PLD) considera como un reto para esa organización facilitar las funciones operativas del Comité Central y del Comité Político a partir del aumento de su matrícula acorde a la decisión adoptada por sus delegados y delegadas que deliberaron en el Congreso en curso.

“Evidentemente el tamaño de un organismo directivo como el Comité Central o el Comité Político, a veces dificulta el aspecto operativo, lo que significa un gran reto para el PLD, superar esa situación” declaró García a los periodistas que le abordaron en la conferencia de Prensa de la Comisión Organizadora en la se dio a conocer los resultados de las votaciones a la propuesta de ampliación de la composición del Comité Político.

Hizo saber que el 21 por ciento de las y los delegados dijeron no a la propuesta de ampliación, que contrasta con el 78.91 que aprobó la ampliación, una decisión democrática que obliga al PLD a que se procuren soluciones que impliquen la operatividad de esos organismos.

Dijo Armando García que en los tres congresos anteriores hubo un aumento de la matrícula del Comité Central y como tal, del Comité Político.

“Por todas las demarcaciones territoriales en República Dominicana, provincias, Circunscripciones y el exterior, necesitamos que el enfoque hacia lo interno del Partido sea supervisado por el Comité Político, lo que esta ampliación va a facilitar” declaró García, que la Secretaría de Comunicaciones del PLD reseñó en un despacho de prensa.

Cerró sus declaraciones reiterando que desde el punto de vista orgánico se tiene que trabajar para dar responsabilidades a los miembros del Comité Central y Comité Político.
